2 cups flour semi-coarse
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 baking powder
1 vanilla sugar
800 g apricots or other fruits
flour, sugar, oil, milk, eggs, baking powder added to the bowl. Thoroughly mix. Put baking paper on a baking sheet and poured the dough on baking paper, add the apricots on top and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Bake at moderate heat for 20 minutes.
