Rum balls

This Rum balls remembers as a young child majority is make for Christmas it looks amazing on Christmas table. 

version for children without rum :)

1 package sponge fingers 

100g unsalted butter

60g icing sugar 

vanilla sugar or extract

50ml run

2tbsp cocoa

Wrapping: desiccated coconut 


1:  Butter, icing sugar and vanilla mix in a bowl add cocoa and stir until mixture is added ground sponge fingers with rum.


2: Mixture forms balls and wrapping them in desiccated coconut. Finished arranged the balls into paper cups.
