Pork in blankets

It is a classic in our country, in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic. You can replace the pork chicken breast it is a delicacy :)



6 Pork Loin Steaks
breadcrumb
3 eggs
flour
ground black pepper
salt
potato
butter


Pork cut out the fatty pieces. On board and we tenderize from both sides. Sprinkle with ground black pepper and salt.


3 prepare your plates within one put the flour into a second egg and breadcrumbs in a third. Coated put meat on a plate.

The pan put a  more oil to the hot oil and we put the meat and fry until golden on both sides.

Meanwhile, clean the potatoes and boil to soften. Then we just put salt and butter, mix well and serve with fried meat.
