Lentil soup



Our favorite soup It is best with crispy baguette or bread :)

lentils

frankfurters or sausage

salt

ground red paprika

oil

marjoram

ground black pepper



1: day-ahead a dunk lentils in water.

2: then we pour off the water and put it in the pot and fill in with cold water and boil

3:Slice frankfurters or sausages into pieces and put it in lentils. then marjoram, ground black pepper, salt, and boiled until tender. 

4: in a small saucepan put oil for about 4 tablespoons Depending on how many soup in the pot to give oil 1 tablespoon paprika. We leave a little bubble then switched off and pour the soup stir, boil and serve with bread.


Chicken pocket with pepper and cheese. wrapped in bacon



If you cook every day and now you do not know what to cook try this simple recipe of chicken meat.

4 pieces chicken breast
1 red peppers

Loyd Grossman sauce (tomato and smoked bacon) I love this sauce is great spaghetti and pasta and the only bread. I'll give you a recipe that I do often I :)

If the sauce is sour and put a little sugar to taste 


Loyd Grossman sauces (tomato and smoked bacon)
oil
Plums baby tomatoes
red onion

salt, pepper, marjoram, basil


Chop the onions finely

put in a pan with oil. Fry until tender.

Add sauce and mix everything together. Finally, we add the tomatoes and spice. A little left for 5 minutes overcook. then served

Cook your pasta according to package any want, I gave the spaghetti and serve.

Lokša




Lokša is a gypsy bread Slovak gypsies If they have no bread, so they baked lokše. You can also do so made that the dough knead is rolled out then cut on a large triangles and bake dry frying pan :)



350 g flour
salt
baking soda
water


Put in a bowl the flour, salt and baking soda






Poured water gradually stir until obtaining a thick sticky dough.






dough splits in half , and first half of each will expand with spoon after nonstick frying pan. so a thickness of about half a centimeter.






Bake until golden brown on dry frying pan.

Tortillas with Frankfurters and tomato sauce




This recipe is originally from book The farmhouse kitchen is a recipe for Jacket potatoes.  But I love the tortilla so I can edit it on my way of and it's delicious :)
You may add vegetables or chicken it will be just as well.






5 Tortillas

175g frankfurters

oil

spring onion

200g can chopped tomatoes

cheese



cut the frankurters into 2.5cm chunks and slice the spring onions thinly. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and fry the onions and frankfurters for 2 minutes stirring occasionally.




then we put the tomatoes and mix. Put black pepper, salt




Heat the tortillas according to package, and fill.




sprinkle with cheese and wrap.











Veterníky / pinwheels




Popular dessert my husband when he wants something sweet, this is always a good selection

DOUGH
10 tablespoons
Water
100 g
butter
125 g
flour
4
egg
pinch of salt




Yolk CREAM

500 ml
milk

4
yolk

3 tablespoons
semi-coarse flour

1 package
vanilla pudding

200 g
  sugar

250 g
butter

300ml
double creme




In a pot, boil the water and let the butter with a pinch of salt.When the fat has melted, stir in the flour and cook a thick mush.









The dough we begin to come off the container. Weaning from the heat, and add the eggs individually. stir quickly

We put dough in pastry bags of decorative tip and sprayed onto the dry plate. ( If you do not have you with spoon)

Prawn and Avocado Wraps



for 4


175g shelled prawns

1 large avocado

2tbsp mayonnaise

1/2 lime

1tbsp coriander, chopped 

50g mozzarella

Rocket leaves 

pepper

4 tortillas


1: Place prawns in a bowl and stir in mayonnaise. 


2: Peel avocado and remove stone. Chop into small chunks. Add to bowl.

3: Squeeze juice from lime and add to bowl. Stir to mix ingredients. 

4: Chop coriander and add to bowl.

5: Chop mozzarella into small chunks and add to bowl. Mix until all ingredients are combined. Season with pepper. 

6:Heat tortillas according to packet instruction. Place a layer of rocket leaves down centre of tortilla and top with prawn filling.  

Goat´s Cheese Bruschettas



for 2

75g chargrilled peppers, preserved in oli

1/2 loaf ciabatta bread

25g butter, softened

1tsp tomato purée

1tbsp fresh basil, chopped 

1 × 100g round goat´s cheese

8 black olives, pitted 

black pepper 




1: Drain the peppers, and slice them, reserving the oil from the jar.


2: Cut the bread in half lengthways then cut into 4 (8) squares. Lightly toast the bread on both sides under a medium grill until just pale.


3: Beat the butter with the tomato purée and the basil and spread thinly on the cut side of the toasted bread.

4: Slice or cut the goat´s cheese to fit on the bread. Top with sliced peppers, and scatter over the olives. Drizzle each with a little oil from the jar. Cook under a hot grill for 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and buddling. Serve immediately with plenty of freshly ground black pepper.

onion cough syrup




My children still have problems with the common cold and cough syrups pharmacy does not help I tried old grandmothers recipe of onion and sugar for babies and honey for children

The phytochemicals in onions along with their vitamin C help improve immunity.Onions contain chromium, which assists in regulating blood sugar.For centuries, onions have been used to reduce inflammation and heal infections.



For babies

This syrup will keep in the refrigerator and 5 days but it's best to do it fresh every day

onion chop into small cubes at the bottom of a glass we put a little onion and 1 teaspoon sugar onion and sugar 






on top of the sugar is marinated warm place for 1-2 hours. Then we pour syrup through a strainer into another container and serve 1 tsp 4-5 times a day.


also we do well for children but instead of sugar we put honey. we can alternate and lemon.
